Connect to your agency with an agency code
If your agency uses TTLiveAgent, connect with a code starting with TTLS; performance, goals and announcements appear on My agency.

If you work with an agency, following your performance, your goals and your agency's announcements in different places can be tiring. If your agency uses TTLiveAgent, you can connect your TTStreamer panel to it with a code and see all of this on the My agency page. In this article we explain where to get the code, where to enter it and what you will see once you are connected.
Who is it for?
The agency connection is for streamers whose agency uses TTLiveAgent. TTLiveAgent is a separate service where agencies manage their streamers; agencies run everything at ttliveagent.com.
If your agency does not use TTLiveAgent, or you do not work with an agency, you can skip this step. All of TTStreamer's streaming tools work without an agency connection. If you are not sure whether your agency uses TTLiveAgent, ask them directly; agency codes can only be generated in the TTLiveAgent agency panel.
1. Get the code from your agency
The agency code is generated in your agency's panel. Ask your agency to create a code for you. The code looks like this:
TTLS-XXXX-XXXX
Once generated, the code is valid for 7 days. If you do not use it within that time, you will need to ask your agency for a new one.
2. Enter the code
There are two ways to enter the code:
- During registration: when you create your account, you can type the code in the agency code field. The field is optional; you can leave it empty and finish registering.
- Later: open the My agency page in the panel and enter the code there.
So if you do not have a code when you register, there is no need to wait. Open your account and set up your streaming tools first, then connect from the My agency page once your agency gives you the code. If you do not have an account yet, you can register here.
3. What you see once connected
When the code is accepted, the My agency page fills with information about your agency:
- Performance: the results of your streams as tracked by your agency.
- Goals: the goals your agency has set for you.
- Estimated earnings: your estimated earnings based on your performance.
- History: a record of past periods.
- Agency market: your agency's market section.
- Announcements: announcements your agency makes to its streamers.
That way you see what your agency expects from you and where you stand without leaving your streaming panel. Checking your goals before a stream helps you plan that day's stream.
This information comes from the records your agency keeps in TTLiveAgent. If a goal or a number looks wrong to you, take the question straight to your agency; your agency manages the goals and records.
Is there a fee?
No. TTStreamer is free for streamers, and connecting to your agency does not change that. On free use, a faint "TTStreamer" text appears at the bottom center of the stream page; if you like, you can remove it with a one-time payment of 5.99 USD. See the Pricing page for details.
For agency owners
If you run an agency, you generate your streamers' codes in your agency panel. When you send a code, remind your streamer of the 7-day validity; if a code expires, you can generate a new one in your panel. Everything on the agency side, including managing streamers, goals and announcements, runs through ttliveagent.com. Visit ttliveagent.com for more information.
On the streamer side, the only task is entering the code. The panel takes care of the rest.
